I am working towards my clinical licensure in Colorado as a resident clinician with Centus Counseling. I am passionate about serving traditionally underserved individuals and communities of all ages, particularly within the LGBTQ+ community. I work with a trauma-informed lens that is person-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused. I offer a nonjudgmental, safe space for collaboration together to help individuals find their authentic self. I recognize that the process towards self-empowerment is not easy, and that small steps can lead to large changes that help one move from survival mode to thriving.
As a school-based clinician I work with students individually and in art therapy groups where we provide a safe space to learn more about themselves through creative expression.
