Paul A. Bretz, D.Min., LCSW, MHSA, serves as the CEO of Centus Counseling and as Director for Susan’s School Counseling: A Centus Program. Dr. Bretz served many children, adolescents and their families as a Clinical Social Worker / Pastoral Counselor over 20 years of direct clinical practice. He now supports the work of the School Counseling staff, along with two seasoned Clinical Coordinators of the program. In addition, he and a skilled Leadership Team coordinate the Outpatient Clinical Services offered by Centus Counseling www.centus.org
Community partnerships are a cornerstone of the Centus Counseling model. Paul is passionate about engaging with community schools to offer assessment of students for learning challenges, social/emotional problems, and/or family circumstances that often interfere with academic achievement. In addition to the five dedicated sites served by Susan’s School Counseling, Centus Outpatient Clinician’s serve students in over 40 metro Denver area schools. All of these opportunities to serve help Centus live out our mission to promote hope, healing and vital living!
