Kira joined the Centus Counseling team in 2015 after serving six years as a school counselor and department chair at a large California school district. She currently serves as the head school-based, bi-lingual counselor at Escuela de Guadalupe, providing individual and group counseling for students, and collaborating with teachers & parents to improve outcomes for the students. Kira speaks fluent Spanish and loves working in a bilingual environment.
Kira has more than 15 years of experience working with youth and families as a case manager; substitute teacher; therapist; and school counselor. She received her MS in Counseling with a specialty in School Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) and is currently licensed in both areas.
